Milestone Financial, LLC is in the business of using investors'funds to make or purchase loans secured by mainly California real estate and then to payout high yields to its investors from the points, interest and fees collected from its borrowers.

William (“Will”) Stuart has been in the real estate lending and brokerage business for his entire professional career spanning over 25 years and has been located at the same location in Palo Alto since 1993. He currently serves as President of Page Mill Funding, a licensed real estate broker and manager of Milestone. Stuart also acts as a Vice President of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services, the nation's largest investment brokerage firm. Stuart has closed hundreds of transactions involving all forms of real estate and real estate loans throughout the Western United States with emphasis in California.

Stuart has extensive brokerage, lending and ownership experience in numerous types of real estate, including mobile home parks, industrial property, office property, retail shopping centers, residential land (subdivisions),and single tenant investments. Stuart also has extensive experience in real estate loan originations, escrows, exchanges, title abstracts, title insurance, and environmental compliance. He personally has represented numerous secured lenders including Wells Fargo, Citigroup, U.S. Small Business Administration, and U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts.
